STEP 2: HELP FRIENDS & FAMILY

As you’ve discovered in this episode, panic attacks (and what's typically labeled as ‘panic disorder’) are very common.

Unfortunately, good help for panic is very hard to find.

Since I can't reach everyone on my own, and since we both share the same belief that we don’t want anyone to suffer in silence… if you benefit from what I’m doing here in this series, please tell others about it.

Thank you so much for helping me make a difference!

STEP 3: REINFORCE YOUR INSIGHTS

If you met someone else who experienced panic attacks and you only had 30 seconds to share ONE ESSENTIAL insight from this episode with them... what would you tell them?

Share your answer below to reinforce your long-term memory for this key insight AND to share your perspective with others (who will also share their perspectives with you).

Also, if you have any other comments for me, I'd love to hear them too.

Love,

Michael

P.S. Your email address will NOT be visible to others when you share your insight in the comments section below. Also, if you're more comfortable using just your first name, that's totally fine as well.

IMPORTANT: ABOUT UPCOMING EPISODES...

  1. Thank you so much for the video and insights. Such a relief to find something that works over those awful breathing apps! Thank you also for creating an environment where we will no longer feel alone in this.

‘A panic attack is just a terrifying, overprotective mistake’ really are magic words.

  2. Michael,

For almost 5 years now I have been battling panic “attacks” on a daily basis. It has caused me to live in constant fear and in many ways has ruined my life. I forgot how to be happy… in fact I’m scared to relax because I feel that once I find peace something bad will happen… After various doctors, methods of therapy, etc. I’ve been slowly getting better at taking back my life.

But when I watched your introduction video for the first time it felt as though a weight had been lifted off my chest. I haven’t had a panic attack at all today and I sincerely believe it is because of the knowledge you have provided. It is almost as if you have saved my life somehow. In fact, I wish you were here so I could hug you and thank you from the very depths of my soul.

Please keep doing what you are doing. I appreciate this so much and I am only on day one.

I hope all is well and send positive energy your way.
    Namaste~☆

  3. Very insightful. I’ve lived with daily Panic Attacks and Generalized anxiety for thr last 5 years. Ready for ot to end. I’m such an outgoing public individual that this anxiety issue has halted my success. I will get over this. Thank you for the advice and look forward to the other videos

  4. Thank you so much. I have had a few panic attacks now and they really are starting to limit my life. I’m constantly worried about what I am eating and how much energy I exert. I worry about when it is going to happen again. What if I pass out? What if I have a stroke or a heart attack?
I initially saw one of your YouTube videos, and the anxiety-relieving truth in it made me cry. I am so glad to know that I will be panic free again! I wasn’t sure it was possible. I am now. Thank you!!

  5. I’m so lost for words right now. I thought I was loosing my mind and becoming mentally ill, just like my mother. It’s been my biggest fear. I finally understand what’s been happening to me and I’ve never felt more reassured, thank you Michael. You are a beautiful soul and what you’re doing with these videos is changing lives. Bless you x

  6. Beginning this month i visited my GP because i was suffering from anxiety. I am losing control! What he did was to put me on antidepressant. Which destroyed me and eventually stopped it. I had more anxiety attacks because of that medicines. I am afraid i will feel it again. I have never felt depress in my life since i took that medicine. After that they put me on benzo. But i wanna address my problem and be done with it. Benzo suppress anxiety but not fixing it. And its addicting. Inwould not stop until i find something else. Thats when i stumbled upon Your videos in youtube and join panicfreetv. This is the first morning i woke up that in am not afraid of my anxiety attacks going to panic. I even tappered my medicine to half and feel ok. I cannot wait to be out of this medicines and starts my healing process. Thank you very much for this. You had open doors and windows for me. I am not alone and i can do this.

  7. I have found you by accident and the first video helped me alot. I woke up not afraid of any false alarm. I drift on it. I felt it! I told to make it bigger and it didn’t. I know im far from being 100% yet but i will be there.

  9. Thank you so much for helping me I just lost my mom and am having really bad panic attacks and mind racing’s and your videos are very relaxing and calming.

  10. Hi,
It was a great video, I am a software engineer and having cervical spondalysis due to which I sometimes face weeks of pain and that triggers panic attacks. I can’t change my profession but this video helps me manage my situation

  11. Hello Michael

Your videos have been very helpful..
I had a MRI today, that had me very worried since I am claustrophobic
Too bad I couldn’t see the whole series before the MRI

The tip that you gave, in one of your other videos, it’s what helped me the most.

I’ve been practicing yoga for a while now, but I just couldn’t control my phobia. That little peace of information was enough for me to know how to confront my phobia and be inside the MRI tube for 45 minutes.

You have no idea how much you helped

    Thank you

    Alicia T.
