STEP 2: HELP FRIENDS & FAMILY

As you’ve discovered in this episode, panic attacks (and what's typically labeled as ‘panic disorder’) are very common.

Unfortunately, good help for panic is very hard to find.

Since I can't reach everyone on my own, and since we both share the same belief that we don’t want anyone to suffer in silence… if you benefit from what I’m doing here in this series, please tell others about it.

Thank you so much for helping me make a difference!

STEP 3: REINFORCE YOUR INSIGHTS

If you met someone else who experienced panic attacks and you only had 30 seconds to share ONE ESSENTIAL insight from this episode with them... what would you tell them?

Share your answer below to reinforce your long-term memory for this key insight AND to share your perspective with others (who will also share their perspectives with you).

Also, if you have any other comments for me, I'd love to hear them too.

Love,

Michael

P.S. Your email address will NOT be visible to others when you share your insight in the comments section below. Also, if you're more comfortable using just your first name, that's totally fine as well.

IMPORTANT: ABOUT UPCOMING EPISODES...

  1. Absolutely amazing and brilliant video! I can’t wait to be Panic Free in my own life. I’ve been recently suffering random and unwarranted panic attacks. I hope that this can help set me free again. I’m wondering how to access Episodes 2,3 and 4?

    1. I’m glad you liked this Micah! I space each episode out to once every 2-3 days to give people time to watch, and the links are emailed to you. So please keep an eye out for my emails.

  2. Hello, Michael. Thank you for sharing your story of being unable to walk, to finally reaching your goal–to walk to a beautiful castle in Japan. I’m impressed with how passionate and enthusiastic you are when speaking about how to end panic attacks. I only got to watch episode 1. I hope I can watch all of the remaining episodes. Can you tell me how?

I’ve been suffering from panic attacks for a year now, on and off. Usually panic attacks occur during night time, the moment I turn off the light before I sleep. Panic has affected my sleep–racing heart rate, body shaking, blood pressure rising, etc. I’ve been prescribed Ativan and only use it when I have severe panic attack.

Thank you for the gift of your knowledge and wisdom. Hope to learn more from you.

    Amy

    1. Thanks for your kind comment Amy. A new episode will be emailed to you every couple of days. So glad you’re here so we can help you — it’s not fun if even your bed feels unsafe!

  3. Thankyou..I have been Agoraphobic for 20yrs because of panic attacks..seen lots of Drs Psychs but this is the first time I’ve ever had it explained like this..I’ve always been told it a chemical imbalance…My daughter gets married next year and I’m already dreading it hopefully your videos will help…

  4. Funny thing is I just got a faulty smoke alarm replaced a couple of weeks ago it went off when I cooked toast and when I used the grill and the oven…. the second one went off for no reason and was replaced the third one is just sitting there silent… and I am hoping that it works….

  5. I’ve suffered with anxiety and panic for 15 years. I’ve seen numerous doctors and specialist and in this first episode Michael has talked more sense than any of them. Thank you.

  6. I found this series yesterday. I have had panic/anxiety/agoraphobia for 52 years. I have 4 notebook pages of programs, books, videos, meditations, relaxation cd’s, and have seen many doctors and therapists. I have not been given medication past the hundreds upon hundreds of emergency room visits I have made. The defining factor that turned this into agoraphobia was a pulmonary embolism that put my panic and anxiety off the charts. For the last 8 years I have been confined to home other than doctor visits. I am holding out hope once again as I watch this series.

    1. Wow, that’s a lot of notebooks Deb. As you’ll discover, intellectual insight is NOT the way out of panic. There are a few scientifically-validated, simple tools that are far more powerful than all the insight in the world. Stick with this series and we will make a difference in your life!

  7. I’m delighted to know that there is solid research about this. I wish it was disseminated more widely. Panic and GAD is exhausting, and I’m excited to get better.

  8. Thank you so much! I’ve tried everything so suppress my anxiety and there have many many times where I just want to give up and this is so helpful! I’m so happy to see someone who is so passionate about helping people with their anxiety

  9. I came across this by accident- I am hoping it is the solution I’ve been needing and another “tool” I can add to my toolbox to help me conquer panic

  10. I can actually feel my throat relaxing and my breathing settling down while watching this video. Thank you very much. Panic attacks are terrifying. I look forward to learning more about you and about this program.

    1. Glad you’re finding this very helpful Ron. Episode 2 will be emailed to you soon. Thanks

  11. Thanks Michael just watching ur 9min video on YouTube, helped me so much. I hadn’t had an appetite since my 1st panic attack which was a few weeks ago, and just after watching ur 9min video on YouTube, I was able to eat a meal without it feeling like a chore.. thank you so much..I’m ready to get my life back

  12. I never thought of it as being an over protective mistake. I have had panic disorder for 40 years and have not been able to leave my block. I am sooooo hoping that this information is what I need to be set free finally!

    1. Hi Jill, I’m so glad you’re here. The great news is that even after 40 years with panic, we can make a huge difference in your life quickly!
