STEP 2: HELP FRIENDS & FAMILY

As you’ve discovered in this episode, panic attacks (and what's typically labeled as ‘panic disorder’) are very common.

Unfortunately, good help for panic is very hard to find.

Since I can't reach everyone on my own, and since we both share the same belief that we don’t want anyone to suffer in silence… if you benefit from what I’m doing here in this series, please tell others about it.

Thank you so much for helping me make a difference!

STEP 3: REINFORCE YOUR INSIGHTS

If you met someone else who experienced panic attacks and you only had 30 seconds to share ONE ESSENTIAL insight from this episode with them... what would you tell them?

Share your answer below to reinforce your long-term memory for this key insight AND to share your perspective with others (who will also share their perspectives with you).

Also, if you have any other comments for me, I'd love to hear them too.

Love,

Michael

P.S. Your email address will NOT be visible to others when you share your insight in the comments section below. Also, if you're more comfortable using just your first name, that's totally fine as well.

IMPORTANT: ABOUT UPCOMING EPISODES...

Please keep an eye out for emails from me. I space each episode out to once every 2-3 days to give people time to watch. Links to episode 2 and future episodes will be emailed to you, when ready.

  1. Dear Sir…(Michael)
Thank you sooo very much for your kind and understanding words. Just finished watching your 1st video, and for the first time in many months, I finally am beginning to understand what is going on with me! Your video honestly is beginning to give me a new sense of hope. Thank you again for reaching out to “us” and for all the help that so many people have been needing. God Bless You.

  2. Wow this video was so helpful, I believe that I can now control the anxiety. My heart used to beat so fast and was pounding as well… It stopped suddenly, exactly after watching your video. Thank you so much for your help, Michael. The only issue I have now is that I haven’t slept for 3 days which is quite annoying, I feel so weak…But I hope I will be okay soon 😀

  3. I’m am truly sorry about your mother and hope your health doesn’t decline. But thank you for this video and insight. Is there an ETA when episode 2 will come out?

  5. I feel like there’s a reason why I started to get anxiety when I felt everything pointed towards the end of my marriage so logically I was anticipating a frightening event and now there is more to come but I will get to the other side one day .

  6. Thank you it’s very reassuring that I’m not along. I myself refuse this let this distroy my life-also I decided if I was able to change back to my old self I too would help anyone with the same problem-there for it was reassuring the you yourself have had a panic attack. Thanks for your help

  7. Just by watching this first episode I feel a bit better. Thank you so much and I am so glad that I have found you because I feel like you are the best person for me to seek help. Also knowing that you have been through that makes it better. Thank you again

  8. Hello michael, just got through the first video and pdf. Im Irene from Philippines. I’m only 29 years old and I’ve had series of panic attacks recently. I’ve been to the hospital for 4 times just for the recent month and all my laboratory results are normal. I’ve been really worried about it and it made my attack even worse. I am very much grateful for this video that you have. Knowing that I shouldn’t worry about this gives me a sensational relief because everytime it attacks I directly think about death and it becomes really worst when I see my children during the attack. Thank you thank you so much. I really wish to see you and hear from you personally.

  9. Hi michael , my name is chris from the philippines and i would like to thank you for your help prior to the videos and ideas on how to deal with panic attack, im aware that theres a lot of person that had that kindbof helping hand so i really really enjoy and it makes me feel less anxious on things that causes my panic attack . Mabuhay keep it up

  10. Michael thank you for the advice I’ve been suffering from panic attacks since 2012 from that time I’ve gone to the E.R 4 times, I’ve spend thousands of dollars going to consolers and doctors and I have appointment with a different primary care doctor next week, they just can’t figure it out, I appreciate your help, I have done lots of research on anxiety and I found you, thank you it means alot

  11. Amazing information. Feel so comforting watching your video. I have recently had panic attacks and anxiety. The video helps me understand what I am experiencing and the hope of overcoming it. Thank you so much! You’re a god send.

  12. I just watched your first video and found it very beneficial and comforting. Can’t wait to continue watching all of your videos. Thank you so much!

  13. Hey Micheal. Every day I am looking for “something” to help myself. Something what will prove me that this will end one day, that I am on my way to feel normal like before. Many times I get anxiety attacks just coz I fought something unhelpful in online world! After watching Episode one I am so glad I found you! You gave me a hope ! Thank you Michael x

  14. I just watched the Intro and bawled my eyes out with relief…..at last SOMETHING out there resonates more than counseling, You Tube sessions for CBT etc. Looking forward to the series. THANK YOU!

  15. I would tell them that there panic attack is related to the mind being triggered by a situation that they believe is life threatening or may cause a great amount of harm either physically or mentally.

  16. I have read many books and tried many things to overcome panic attacks but for the first time I feel so excited to learn more because what you say makes sense.
