STEP 2: HELP FRIENDS & FAMILY

As you’ve discovered in this episode, panic attacks (and what's typically labeled as ‘panic disorder’) are very common.

Unfortunately, good help for panic is very hard to find.

Since I can't reach everyone on my own, and since we both share the same belief that we don’t want anyone to suffer in silence… if you benefit from what I’m doing here in this series, please tell others about it.

Thank you so much for helping me make a difference!

STEP 3: REINFORCE YOUR INSIGHTS

If you met someone else who experienced panic attacks and you only had 30 seconds to share ONE ESSENTIAL insight from this episode with them... what would you tell them?

Share your answer below to reinforce your long-term memory for this key insight AND to share your perspective with others (who will also share their perspectives with you).

Also, if you have any other comments for me, I'd love to hear them too.

Love,

Michael

P.S. Your email address will NOT be visible to others when you share your insight in the comments section below. Also, if you're more comfortable using just your first name, that's totally fine as well.

IMPORTANT: ABOUT UPCOMING EPISODES...

Please keep an eye out for emails from me. I space each episode out to once every 2-3 days to give people time to watch. Links to episode 2 and future episodes will be emailed to you, when ready.

  1. Thank you Michael for offering up your findings to the public. I have struggled with anxious feelings for about 15 years. I recently went through the difficult task of quitting the pharmaceutical meds I used for those 15 years. I’ve been talking some supplements since getting off the meds that are supposed to help with the anxiety I feel but nothing has helped. I had my first panic event in years this morning and I came across your video while searching for ways of calming myself. I am encouraged by episode 1 and I look forward to watching the rest of them. Thank you!

  2. I have been dealing with panic attacks for almost 10 years and my doctor will never do anything to help me, I have had several counsellors and their tactics help me for a while but then I go back to having anxiety and panic attacks. I am glad that I have finally found someone who can give me the answers I need. Thank you very much.

  3. As someone that has mostly been judged and belittled among other things for having severe anxiety and panic attacks especially for having gone through extreme domestic violence that left me disability, it is refreshing to hear the understand and the knowledge that you have and your passion for helping. Everything you said made a huge difference, but I really liked the alarm system and made me understand myself more. I can’t wait to learn more from you. You’re and Inspiration. Thank you so much

  4. You aren’t alone, or “weird.” You are, in fact, much stronger than you could ever imagine. You’ve been through what feels like hell itself, and you haven’t given up. This is a part of the human experience for most people and in every walk of life. You are not broken or damaged, or inadequate in any way. You can BE without this panic. I want to thank you for this series. It has been so hard going through this, seemingly alone. I have watched only one episode so far, and I already feel more confidence in myself than I have in 10 years. Thanks to this series, I am starting to believe that I will bring this to an end! ( The idea of an end to this battle truly brings tears to my eyes. )

  5. Comforting to say the least! I suffer from fear of heights, fear of flying based on heights and sitting as a passenger in a car mainly on freeways, these are the things restricting my everyday life and current relationship as me and my fiancé have never been overseas primarily based on my mental ability so to speak. I’m excited for the upcoming episodes and I am exceptionally impressed on your passion to guide people suffering like me to a “normal” life!

  6. Very much enjoyed your explanation on panic attacks. Interested in what comes next so I can start my on road to recovery. Thanks much

  7. Having a big sense of hope after watching the first episode. Anxiety has taken away three big opportunities for me, making me feel depressed and useless. Panic attacks are truly a burden I want to get rid off. I’ve spend so many nights crying over these overprotecting mistakes, can’t wait to be my old self and achieve great things. No one deserves to go through panic attacks or anxiety. Thank you so much for sharing a solution for us all Michael, truly expecting the next episode.

  8. As a psychotherapist it’s nice to hear that I’m not alone. I know that but when you treat people that have anxiety you’re always telling your clients that- really good reminder. I’m not alone. I really enjoyed the research statistics you gave as well!

    1. You’re welcome Libby. It’s great you can use what you learn with your clients too!

  9. I broke out in tears when you said “you are brave”. I have not been feeling brave or strong or anything like that for a long time. Thank you so much.

  10. Hi Michael . Thank you so much for the information. It is 3:47am here in Australia and I just finished watching your first episode video and feel better already. I couldn’t sleep because I get attacks even when sleeping and won’t be able to go back to sleep again. Thank you again I can’t wait for the next episode.

    1. Hi Sellwane, sorry you’re up in the middle of the night. It’s not a nice thing! I’m glad you used the time to watch this video though. Stay tuned for the rest of the series as we do deeper into the solutions.
