I’ve never experienced these symptoms/feelings before until about 6 weeks ago. It’s been really tough. Knowing im not alone is very calming and comforting. Look forward to the next video!

    I have been diagnosed with panic disorder at the beginning of this year and I was so afraid and depressed that I became housebound.
    It is going better now.. I visited public places without feeling nauseous and I’m not so afraid and paranoid anymore. I see my psychologist frequently and I am on new medication. I’m 17 years-old and quite happy about my life. Your explaining and description is so accurate and it is nice to listen to someone who had the same experiences as you and who understands. You are so understanding and amazing. Thank you!

  4. I’m full of goosebumps right now and shedding tears of joy as I have felt there was no end to this and have been on different medications and having doctors not understand what it’s like.   6. I don’t know what else to say except God bless you! I’ve suffered from depression postpartum depression panic attacks in three different times in my life I’m currently going through at time like that currently. Everything seems so unsure so unprotected so unsafe. I feel like a deer in the meadow with her ears constantly perked up waiting for something bad to happen. And I’m sure it will. I will continue to strive to feel well again. I am eternally grateful I found your videos on YouTube. They have helped me get to sleep at night and helped me get through panic. Just last night I had the biggest panic attack since after my son was born 13 years ago. Your meditation video and the help of my husband was the only way I felt safe. I calmed down and fell asleep praise God for you. My husband wants me to go to the doctor today but I’m afraid. Afraid he will give me drugs, afraid he won’t believe, afraid of things that are completely irrational. Anyway thanks again and I will continue with your series for as long as I need and I will pass this along. It’s very valuable.

  8. Hi Michael and thank you for providing this information for free!! The things you shared in Episode 1 definitely made me not feel so alone. I have suffered with Panic Attacks and Anxiety for quite a few years and it is definitely debilitating. I’m hoping and praying to be able to take what you are teaching and implement it right away so that I can truly start living and enjoying life again…I really miss me.

YOU MADE ME FEEL SO AT PEACE FIRST TIME IN ALONG TIME I HAVE BEEN TO 10 TO 12 DOCTORS THEY REALLY DO NOT GET IT WHEN IT COMES TO PANIC ATTACKS AND ANXIETY IT IS SO FRUSTRATING LEAVING THEIR WITH ANOTHER PRESCRIPTION THEY DO NOT EVEN KNOW ABOUT I THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU ARE AMAZING AND I WILL CONTINUE TO FOLLOW YOU BECAUSE YOU REALLY DO GET IT,I WAS ON COMPUTER WANTING TO GO DO SOMETHING BUT LIKE YOU SAID I WAS ALSO MAKING EVERY EXCUSE NOT TO DO IT.WOW YOU MADE ME FEEL GOOD TO UNDERSTAND AND SAY WE ARE BRAVE I HAVE BEEN GOING THRU THIS FOR 10 YEARS I WAS ONCE THE BEST COMMISSION ONLY SALES PERSON IN THE CITY HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN WHEN I AM A PEOPLE PERSON…….YOU ARE MAKING ME GET IT,IT IS JUST NOT A ME PROBLEM SO MANY OTHERS ARE ALSO IN IT ,AGAIN THANKS

  10. It is an overprotective mistake. Its funny for me, mine came on after quitting caffeine, and i remember very clearly sitting in the car and feelings things I never felt before, I thought I was dying, that I was losing control of my body, and I remember thinking about that at that moment ,and it just escalated from there. My brain made an over protective mistake…
