STEP 2: HELP FRIENDS & FAMILY
As you’ve discovered in this episode, panic attacks (and what's typically labeled as ‘panic disorder’) are very common.
Unfortunately, good help for panic is very hard to find.
Since I can't reach everyone on my own, and since we both share the same belief that we don’t want anyone to suffer in silence… if you benefit from what I’m doing here in this series, please tell others about it.
Thank you so much for helping me make a difference!
STEP 3: REINFORCE YOUR INSIGHTS
If you met someone else who experienced panic attacks and you only had 30 seconds to share ONE ESSENTIAL insight from this episode with them... what would you tell them?
Share your answer below to reinforce your long-term memory for this key insight AND to share your perspective with others (who will also share their perspectives with you).
Also, if you have any other comments for me, I'd love to hear them too.
Love,
Michael
P.S. Your email address will NOT be visible to others when you share your insight in the comments section below. Also, if you're more comfortable using just your first name, that's totally fine as well.
IMPORTANT: ABOUT UPCOMING EPISODES...

Thanks for telling me that I am brave and that I’m not alone Michael, I have felt VERY alone and anything BUT brave since my mother’s death last year in May. I have had problems with anxiety even before that, and she was my portal to relief, but now that she’s gone; I have almost NO OUTLET to rid of my anxiety I feel for myself on a normal basis. I cannot afford to pay for the monthly subscriptions of your videos, but I really DO need help getting back my life that has been overrun with anxiety. If you can help me with this; I would be very happy to have your help. Plus, episode 1 REALLY opened my mind to the fact that I’m not the only one suffering from this condition. I am IMMENSELY GRATEFUL that you made this video. Thank you SO SO MUCH!
AWESOME INFORMATION. I HAVE TO READ FURTHER AND PRACTICE, PRACTICE & PRACTISE. I NEVER SAID THIS BEFORE. THIS IS MY FIRST COMMENT
I am a 56 yr. old woman who has anxiety and panic attacks for almost 10 years. I am hopefully after seeing the first episode. I like the approach’s you give. It is good to know that I am not along. Freedom is what I hope for and desperately need.
Thank You
Watching the first episode alone has brought me comfort. Done alot of research into what I’ve been going through-and utilizing different techniques to “curb” these bouts of anxiety. Your YouTube excerpts though has made so much sense to me, and I’m looking forward to watching parts 2-4 in your series that so far has brought me to a deeper understanding of what I, and many other people have been going through.
comforting to know. thank you.
i am looking forward to the next episodes.
This gives me hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I type this with hope filled tears in my eyes. I want to be normal again!!
I can only sleep for a couple of hours before waking up from a dream in panic. Is panic brought on more by stress and anxiety, and how much can things like diet and exercise contribute?
Thank you for giving us this information. How long does it take to get each episode?
I used to suffer from the most severe Panic Attacks. But one day I decided to learn as much as I could, so I learned to control them and the PA went away until I had a car accident where I was a passenger. Panic attacks came back but definitely, I managed to control them and now am still learning more so I can help other people. Thank you
Hi Michael, Just watched episode 1- feeling less alone. looking forward to episode 2. Thank you
Thank for your information. It is very appreciated. This givet me hope
Hi,Michael,my name is Hector.Just under two years ago I was diagnosed with GAD,it’s to the point where just people approaching me makes my body tremble (especially at the trunk). Now it happens even if I’m alone, one doctor prescribes one medication and another prescribes something else. I must try and do something for this awful condition and pray/hope that you’re the answer…please help.
It feels so comforting to know that I am not alone. This video has already helped me and I can’t wait for episode 2!

Thank you so much for your help, we really need this… God bless you.
I have been suffering with anxiety and panic on and off since I was 24, I am now 46. I am hoping that this information will allow me to lead my life free from panic everytime I go through major stressful situations in my life. I am on medication from my GP which has helped calm my reactions to certain stresses but still can’t get on a plane or train or find myself locked in traffic with experiencing panic.
Hi, Michael. Thank you for creating and sharing this wonderful video series. Your sincerity and passion for helping others is moving. I found the information about the prevalence of panic disorders most helpful. Though I would not wish this on anyone, it is a comfort to know that I am not alone. I look forward to watching Episode 2.
You are amazing – thank you so much for your work and for sharing your insights. I so look forward to episode 2!
