STEP 2: HELP FRIENDS & FAMILY

As you’ve discovered in this episode, panic attacks (and what's typically labeled as ‘panic disorder’) are very common.

Unfortunately, good help for panic is very hard to find.

Since I can't reach everyone on my own, and since we both share the same belief that we don’t want anyone to suffer in silence… if you benefit from what I’m doing here in this series, please tell others about it.

Thank you so much for helping me make a difference!

STEP 3: REINFORCE YOUR INSIGHTS

If you met someone else who experienced panic attacks and you only had 30 seconds to share ONE ESSENTIAL insight from this episode with them... what would you tell them?

Share your answer below to reinforce your long-term memory for this key insight AND to share your perspective with others (who will also share their perspectives with you).

Also, if you have any other comments for me, I'd love to hear them too.

Love,

Michael

P.S. Your email address will NOT be visible to others when you share your insight in the comments section below. Also, if you're more comfortable using just your first name, that's totally fine as well.

IMPORTANT: ABOUT UPCOMING EPISODES...

Please keep an eye out for emails from me. I space each episode out to once every 2-3 days to give people time to watch. Links to episode 2 and future episodes will be emailed to you, when ready.

  1. comforting to know there is help for anxiety and panic attacks. My doctor also told me it was a chemical imbalance. It makes me feel better to know this is not true.. Thank you for the support you are giving all of us that are struggling with this mistake.

  2. That it can not kill you as it feels like you will die and that if you think of it as an over active fire alarm giving you a warning that u need deal with your stress that it’s a body reaction to stress

  3. That it can not kill you as it feels like you will die and that if you think of it as an over active fire alarm giving you a warning that u need deal with your stress

  4. LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Big hugs my Bro..I had this “panic attack”(and yes i understand the word is not right here) for years and the way you present is lots lots time better than those pyschologists..Thankyou from my heart..Keen to watch the next video:) Peace

  5. INCREDIBLE! I cried with this video. I want to see more and learn from you. I’m always helping people, with resources, and different types of information and I definetly wants to learn about all these kind of information. I want to learn the difference of “panic attacks, and anxiety”. I think I am 1 of the 20 people who have experience with this symtoms. It’s confussing.

Now my question for you is, How do I know when I am having panic attacks or anxiety? I am confussed because that experience is like the same symtoms.

Thank you, thanks a lot for do this for the world. God Bless your life.

  6. I have lived with Panic attacks for over 20 years. Listening to you made me cry because someone understands. I just want off the pills the doctors I have seen have given me. thank you!

  7. Micheal
I have been suffering from my panic attacks when I am driving the car fort he last 17 years, nothing I have tried has helped me permanently. Please please help me

  8. Thankyou michael for this. I to suffer from this. I hate it. It also raises my blood pressure when it comes on. Very scary indeed.

  9. Michael, I just watched Episode 1, and I am hopeful that the next episodes will calm me down. I’ve been “chest breathing” for almost a month now and am off of work.
Very frightened. I’m believing there is an end in sight. Thank you for taking the time.

  10. I have developed a panic disorder and my world has been turned upside down, since Thanksgiving 2018. Every day it’s like I woke up in the middle of a desert with no idea how I got there, and no idea which way is home. So I pick a direction and start walking but the whole time I’m plagued with the fear that I’m going the wrong way.

This video is like a map for those of us lost and wandering. It gives me hope that I can get better and a path to take so I can get there. I know the road will be long and I will be tired and scared, but at least I know I’m heading in the right direction.

I’m desperate to see Video 2. It’s been since Thursday and I’m hoping you can tell me how I can watch the second video.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for producing this series. Panic attacks are a terrible ordeal I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. No one should have to suffer this without help.
