STEP 2: HELP FRIENDS & FAMILY

As you’ve discovered in this episode, panic attacks (and what's typically labeled as ‘panic disorder’) are very common.

Unfortunately, good help for panic is very hard to find.

Since I can't reach everyone on my own, and since we both share the same belief that we don’t want anyone to suffer in silence… if you benefit from what I’m doing here in this series, please tell others about it.

Thank you so much for helping me make a difference!

STEP 3: REINFORCE YOUR INSIGHTS

If you met someone else who experienced panic attacks and you only had 30 seconds to share ONE ESSENTIAL insight from this episode with them... what would you tell them?

Share your answer below to reinforce your long-term memory for this key insight AND to share your perspective with others (who will also share their perspectives with you).

Also, if you have any other comments for me, I'd love to hear them too.

Love,

Michael

P.S. Your email address will NOT be visible to others when you share your insight in the comments section below. Also, if you're more comfortable using just your first name, that's totally fine as well.

IMPORTANT: ABOUT UPCOMING EPISODES...

Please keep an eye out for emails from me. I space each episode out to once every 2-3 days to give people time to watch. Links to episode 2 and future episodes will be emailed to you, when ready.

  1. Very fascinating lesson. Everything this guy says is TRUE. I must have been ignored or miss-diagnoses these last years on why I have these terrible panic and anxiety attacks. Then I was labeled a “depressive” (not true!) I’m normally a bubbly, outgoing, extrovert as seen by the many celebrities and diplomats I’ve interviewed and socialized with. But even through my false confidence and wit, there was this underlying feel of DOOM that just consumed me. Quick not- panic started in the year 1983 after I got hit by a dizzy spell and lost my balance and had to eventually leave my new home of Manhattan (NYC) and move back to boring NOrthridge because doctors told me I was imagining things or had Labynrthitits an inner ear imbalance. However I’m not sure these were at all accurate diagnosis. Someone actually told me it was PTSS from something way back that I can only recall in fragments? I’m not lying or trying to hide anything. I simply have lapses of times and memory and don’t know what happened during that missing time? I also slept a lot due to the exhaustion of my anxiety attacks. They pretty much exhaust you to death and then I have to wind up taking a medication which stifles my wit and creativity. I really like this class. Already I think I feel better knowing I’m not the only person who has experienced this debilitating thing. I did hear Adele suffered from it and that comic Richard Lewis who I used to love seeing but you never hear about him anymore? It can def. interfere with your social life. That’s for sure. So happy I have Norman as my new Master Class teacher on ridding me of anxiety and panic in my life for GOOD!!! XOXOXOXOX. (No sedation needed tonight before I go to bed!).

  2. I’d tell them that no one has ever actually died from an anxiety attack, but that you may think you are dying. Thoughts are often illogical and irrational. ALso, panic attacks do end after a few minutes. I noticed this too. They don’t last forever. Wish I had known this sooner I wouldn’t have taken so much medication to turn me into a walking zombie!!!!

  3. Very hopeful, Knowing they will not harm you and you are not alone. Looking forward to Episode 2 -4. Thank you Michael!

  4. Hello,I just watched the first episode and i really want to thank you for what you are doing. Is very important and helpfull for people like me who suffer from panic attacks and you seem so passionate about this.Although i have written and see so many stuff about panic attacks ,I am really glad to find the PanicFree.TV because you have a special way to spread the knowledge you have on this issue.Looking forward to the next episode. Great respect!

  5. THANK YOU. COMFORTING INFORMATION. I AM HAVING A LOT OF THEM. CHRON’S TINNITUS AND NEUROPATHY HAVE SENT ME TO THE MOON EMOTIONALLY. DOCTORS WANT TO GIVE ME PILLS THAT HAVE LOTS OF NEGATIVE SIDE EFFECTS. I WANT TO CONTROL IT BY MY MIND.

  6. I am not sure if what I have is panic or anxiety. Sometimes I want to run away or jump out of my skin and I feel anxious a lot. I never had a problem until 2 months ago after being prescribed a steroid for rhinitis. I had a terrible panic arrack that lasted hours. I had to go to the hospital. Now I get anxious and panic stricken whenever I try to go to sleep. My doctor wants me to take an antidepressant. I would prefer not to but this problem is making my otherwise happy life a real misery.

  7. Thank you Michael for your work and clear explanation of panic attacks. I have been suffering from this for many years. Looking forward to the other episodes. You are a remarkable person. Thank you so much. God bless you.

  8. I suppose I’d say that it FEELS like you’re dying, but you’re not…it WILL go away. I didn’t realize how many people have them.

  9. I’m so amazed by this Video! I’ve been trying new things to get rid of panic but watching this and actually listening and taking notes really Helped me so much. Thank you for this not being something where you charge. I’m Bearly 20 years old and i’ve Had this fear of another panic attack getting me it’s terrifying but I know I can get rid of it. To live a panic Free Life.
