STEP 2: HELP FRIENDS & FAMILY

As you’ve discovered in this episode, panic attacks (and what's typically labeled as ‘panic disorder’) are very common.

Unfortunately, good help for panic is very hard to find.

Since I can't reach everyone on my own, and since we both share the same belief that we don’t want anyone to suffer in silence… if you benefit from what I’m doing here in this series, please tell others about it.

Thank you so much for helping me make a difference!

STEP 3: REINFORCE YOUR INSIGHTS

If you met someone else who experienced panic attacks and you only had 30 seconds to share ONE ESSENTIAL insight from this episode with them... what would you tell them?

Share your answer below to reinforce your long-term memory for this key insight AND to share your perspective with others (who will also share their perspectives with you).

Also, if you have any other comments for me, I'd love to hear them too.

Love,

Michael

P.S. Your email address will NOT be visible to others when you share your insight in the comments section below. Also, if you're more comfortable using just your first name, that's totally fine as well.

IMPORTANT: ABOUT UPCOMING EPISODES...

  1. Thank you Michael for this “light on the end of the tunnel” – like someone here named it. Like many others here, neither my doctor wasn’t able to help me for several years already. Beside physical symptoms, like adrenaline rushes, chest tension, occasional numbness if hands or legs, and so on, I feel also like my IQ is going down, I can’t concentrate on one task for longer time, I’m having phobia of decision making or thinking of my kids future. I really want my life back. I look forward to next episodes andI hope and believe that I will find what I’m looking for.

  2. I have very bad pnic attacks at night – each night at 10 p.m. it starts. I am hopeful to start viewing the series by Normn. I have hope. Thank you!

  3. Watching your video brought me to tears. Tears of relief, gratitude and comfort. Thank you so much for sharing your story, knowledge, and comforting words. I was dreading going to sleep tonight…and waking up in the middle of the night with my heart beating fast and thinking something is wrong with me…again.

  6. Hi Michael, I’ve been having panic attacks since November last year and no one could help me yet so I will try your videos, fingers crossed!.
My doctor gave me a diagnose straight away when I told him the symptoms only that I refused to accepted it or take meds for anxiety. I’ve tried mindfulness meditation and so far helps but still not enough. Thank you for your information, it’s really appreciated and comforting.

  7. My insight: You are so much stronger than you realize – to keep going when you feel like this takes enormous effort – take heart, there’s someone out there willing to help.
The relief I felt after watching this video was beautiful, and you haven’t even told us how to take control of it yet, thank you so much Michael

  8. This episode was very informative and comforts to.learn how many people have experienced panic disorder and how to begin to learn how to deal with it and begin to live again and go places again. Thank you Michael for your help and passion.

  9. I really look forward to episode 2. It is important information at a time in history when more and more people are experiencing anxiety and panic attacks related to loss of control, anxiety, fear, and much more. Please let me know when Episode 2 is out!

  10. I am comforted the most when you say how brave I am to endure what I endure and continue to live and try and go on. My son (after living 30 years with me and my panic attacks) said I am the bravest person he knows because of everything you said. I was complaining how weak I am when he said that. You just said all the same things. I remember those words and it gives me strength until I can beat it!

  11. Iam 47 panic attack was when I was 14 years of age, My mother also has this issue, and now sadly my daughter , it is crippling to say the least and we have relied on each other to get us through it at times , I came across you video on youtube and so far I feel calm and happy to have found it, they cycle thing you were chatting about i get exp about the hear attack feeling , looking forward not only to help myself but my family,it kinda makes me think this sad case of Mistakes as you put it might be hereditary??

  12. I AM NOT ALONE! **Deeply exhaled** Thank God for leading me to your sight and to you Michael. Episode #1 has made me feel a bit better about this Panic “mistake”.

  13. Finally! Its the first time I have been told that there is hope for me! Im just a young teenager that for four years im struggling with crazy anxiety and panic attacks. My graduation is in two weeks, and Im terrified to go. I hope that I will be helped by then and for the first time in my life i will be able to be on stage without feeling like im dying. Thank you so much!!!!!!
