STEP 2: HELP FRIENDS & FAMILY

As you’ve discovered in this episode, panic attacks (and what's typically labeled as ‘panic disorder’) are very common.

Unfortunately, good help for panic is very hard to find.

Since I can't reach everyone on my own, and since we both share the same belief that we don’t want anyone to suffer in silence… if you benefit from what I’m doing here in this series, please tell others about it.

Thank you so much for helping me make a difference!

STEP 3: REINFORCE YOUR INSIGHTS

If you met someone else who experienced panic attacks and you only had 30 seconds to share ONE ESSENTIAL insight from this episode with them... what would you tell them?

Share your answer below to reinforce your long-term memory for this key insight AND to share your perspective with others (who will also share their perspectives with you).

Also, if you have any other comments for me, I'd love to hear them too.

Love,

Michael

P.S. Your email address will NOT be visible to others when you share your insight in the comments section below. Also, if you're more comfortable using just your first name, that's totally fine as well.

IMPORTANT: ABOUT UPCOMING EPISODES...

Please keep an eye out for emails from me. I space each episode out to once every 2-3 days to give people time to watch. Links to episode 2 and future episodes will be emailed to you, when ready.

  1. thanks so much for say you have a deep respect to people got anxiety, thanks for say we are so brave with this, i lost my family cause my anxiety, im not understand my feeling,my fear, anger, depression n panic till i lost them,i live alone now but i keep going for getting better thanks for the video.

  2. After two brain hemorrages (strokes), doctors have only thrown pills at the problem of panic disorder. They offer no insight into what is really occurring. My frustration builds when they label a person. After watching the first video in this series, as well as your relaxation video, I have found a calm I didn’t think I could ever experience. I realize I am not alone, that there is help, and hope I can face this fear and get over it. The “white bear” can take a vacation. I’m going to work on restoring normalcy in my life. I can’t wait to learn more watching episodes in this series. Thank you!!!

  3. Hi Michael,

Thank you so much for doing what you do. I have felt like I am going crazy, I have felt like I need to be check into a hospital, I have been to hospital about this and had to have an ecg on my heart. Panic attacks are a daily problem for me and they are holding me back from achieving my dreams. I never thought this would happen to me but your first episode has really helped and I love your explanation about having an overly intelligent mind that is trying to protect me I feel like if I were an animal I would be the king as I am constantly on guard. I do want to know more on how I can prevent them from happening all together.. when can I watch episode two? Thank you so much. Love xx

  4. Well, you have definitely helped to ground me! I feel a lot better than I did before I watched your video. I awoke this morning with that panicky feeling, which leaves me unable to function adequately… so afraid, so hopeless. I look forward to watching another video in your series, and I find your factsheet so helpful as well. Thank you so much for reaching out.

  5. I cried hearing you tell me I’ve been so brave coping with my panic attacks and anxiety as it makes me feel worthless. I’ve suffered like this for about 15 years and it has dictated myself and my family’s life. Over the years it’s been harder and harder to enjoy doing anything anymore as it’s always there in the background. I’m eager to listen to the next parts to try and free myself. Thank you Michael x

  6. I would definitely tell them that they are not alone. People like me with anxiety and panic attacks often tend to forget or don’t even know that they are not the only ones, that there are people like them and that we can help each other.
Since I only watched the first episode i cannot really say anything about how helpful it was for the long run, but it definitely made me feel better today. Everything in the video was just a reminder that there is hope 🙂

  7. Thank you for sharing your story. I do try to remind myself that – just like the smoke detectors that you use as an analogy – I am not in any immediate danger. I am looking forward to the upcoming videos. Thank you!

  8. You are not alone. Even very famous people have experienced panic attack. It’s very scary and you are very brave to have gone through this and not giving up. Panic attack I just overprotective mistake.

  9. Thank you so much for the time, energy and passion that’s gone into this.

Life has indeed become smaller and more difficult since panic arrived, but I am determined to move past this.

Your video is incredibly helpful and heartening. I am sharing the challenges and experiences professionally and personally hoping others may benefit.

    Thanks again 😊

  10. Love your calm nature my brother, I need to listen to everything, just need to make time. Have a great weekend, talk soon. Paul

  11. Hi Michael, your Instant Calm video had a deep relaxing effect during a difficult time I was carrying anxiety & panic. Thank u for tools to use on my healing journey.

  12. Wow! I’ve been having such a hard time for years but especially in the last 2-3 weeks. It’s like a huge weight has already been lifted!! I can’t wait for episode 2. Everyone suffering needs to hear this!!
