  2. What you talked about with the smoke alarm totally makes sense. I would use a car alarm as an example when I try to explain to people what I experience when I have anxiety issues. I have been struggling with anxiety and depression for approx. 13 years. It has been a rollercoaster over the years. This year has been the worse to the point I had to take time off work. I look forward to seeing the other videos to see what they offer. Once I have watched them all I will gladly share what I have learned from you on social media. My goal is to spread the awareness of mental health in a whole aspect.

  4. Hi Michael, enjoyed episode 1 very much. You have great communication skills for sure. I’m 65 and have had panic ‘disorder’ for 40 years. Had to work so took doctor prescribed fluoxetine for most of that time. It’s always been a dream of mine to go med free so will soon be going into retirement and have started a slow taper off that drug. Hope I can find a way to ‘rewire’ my brain. Thanks so much for what you are doing to help people with this affliction, much appreciated.

  7. I can’t even thank you enough for this series. It has already helped me so much. I’m dealing with the fear of losing my mother and my anxiety has been completely out of control. It’s exhausting and completely terrible. I meditate, exercise and everything to try to maintain control but sometimes when the anxiety is so bad nothing helps and it’s terrifying and debilitating. Your video helped slow my racing heartbeat about half-way in. Thank you, thank you. Please keep up this work. People need it.
