  2. It’s so nice to learn I’m not alone. I’ve searched for help many times over the years and been told I’m depressed and been put on medication, only for it not to help in any way. But it’s not depression, for the most part I am happy in life but sometimes something grips and that’s now what I’m here to learn how to deal with and make for a better future. I’m right at the very beginning , so here’s to a better future where I can understand myself better !

  6. I will tell that person that a “panic attack” won’t kill you. For me it was very scary when having a panic attack- I thought I was having a heart attack. I have been to the hospital for this and many times have had cardiac stress test that are negative.

  12. My anxiety is daily and very terrifying, I knew in the back of my head why it’s so bad and keeps getting worse but this is an eye opener for sure. I want to watch episode two to figure out how to stop these daily panic attacks.

  13. I have been to Psychologists, Pyschiatrists and General Practitoners to try to eliviate my Anxiety and Panic disorders. Although each has helped in their own way, none of them has explained why Anxiety/ Panic happens or good coping methods. I have been offered and tried many medications. I didn’t want a maintenance drug( to take daily) as I have certain things that trigger my anxiety , which causes me to panic. Large groups of people are extremely overwhelming and make me feel like I wished I just stayed home. Racing heart, red blotchy neck with hives , and uncontrollable sweat. I believe that your explanation of the fire alarm is very helpful. I can picture that white bear( panic and anxiety) a mile away.. now just to get rid of it.. I’m hoping your next episode will help.. because up until now, Xanax is my temporary solution. Looking for a positive permanent solution. Thanks
