STEP 2: HELP FRIENDS & FAMILY

As you’ve discovered in this series, panic attacks (and what's typically labeled as ‘panic disorder’) are very common.

Unfortunately, good help for panic is very hard to find.

Since I can't reach everyone on my own, and since we both share the same belief that we don’t want anyone to suffer in silence… if you benefit from what I’m doing here in this series, please tell others about it.

Thank you so much for helping me make a difference!

STEP 3: REINFORCE YOUR INSIGHTS

If you met someone else who experienced panic attacks and you only had 30 seconds to share ONE ESSENTIAL insight from this episode with them... what would you tell them?

Share your answer below to reinforce your long-term memory for this key insight AND to share your perspective with others (who will also share their perspectives with you).

Also, if you have any other comments for me, I'd love to hear them too.

Love,

Michael

P.S. Your email address will NOT be visible to others when you share your insight in the comments section below. Also, if you're more comfortable using just your first name, that's totally fine as well.

  1. Very insightful and useful information. Thank you very much.
I feel like I’m a bit closer to getting everything in control.

  2. This explains so much and is very enlightening!! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your Panic Free TV program. You are a God send and can’t wait for Episodes 3 & 4.

  3. After suffering from anxiety and ‘panic disorder’ for the last 8 years these videos have been truly life changing! I have had two lots of counselling and didn’t think I’d ever be able to live a ‘normal’ life again but since watching the last two episodes it has really changed my views on life. After trying all the methods I’ve been given to try and cure my panic that have always failed I have finally learnt that if I try and make it stronger it just goes away. Thankyou so much for these videos you’ve made my life feel happier and not full of fear. Amazing!

  4. I know this video is old n’ all and I probably won’t get attention. But I’m going through this and my life is hell. I think you’re going to save me Mr.Norman 🙂

  5. It really make sense, if we understand logic behind panic attack, it will be easier to learn how to avoid this whole cycle of false reactions causing all problems. Thank you Michel, keep good work and spirit.

  6. Hi Michael, I am so appreciative for this information. Episode #2 opened my eyes.
Having a Mom being 90 years old living with me with Alzheimer’s has made this long time problem even worse. It’s also made me look into myself more and makes so much sense. I look forward to episode #3.
    Can’t thank you enough!

  7. Episode 2 made so much scene to me. I really look forward to episode 3. I’m ready to have tools to move on from this.
Question. I have 3-4 panic attacks in my sleep and wake up a total mess. Will this help with panic in sleep as well?

  8. Question. I have 3-4 panic attacks in my sleep and wake up a total mess. Will this help with panic in sleep as well?
Episode 2 was really helpful. It made panic a lot clearer.

  9. Hi,

I’m really glad I continued to this episode as I definetely agree with the bodily sensations and anxiety cycle that I have suffered with for about 6 years. Being diagnosed with so many illnesses it’s unreal such as chronic fatigue syndrome it was hard enough just to come to terms that it was a psychological “problem” let alone a natural mistake that my body was repeating 24 hours a day which i would fight constantly, being raised with “strong” male role models.

One thing that might be worth mentioning is that I and many more, probably, get more than flight or fight is freeze… where im stuck in my head and body and genuinely believe at the the time i cant move or speak which is incredibly scary. Especially when it is only maybe a couple of hours a week or if im lucky day where im out of my “head/body”

Thanks for this free information 🙂 looking forward to episode 3

  10. Hi Micheal Im so grateful I have come across this and your help. Very different yet makes more sense compared to anything I have heard advice Ive been given and help I got from therapists. I needed to ask you if by my having cold showers as its a habit ive had taken up in the last 1 year is making it worser or better for my anxiety. Thank you for all your help.

  11. Incredible how much episode instantly helped me. The logic you explain in the panic pattern is exactly what I do to myself. I can’t wait to see episode 3 and learn the techniques. What your doing for people is truely amazing and selfless.

  12. Thank you so much for this series and thank you especially for making it free (I’m only 17 so I don’t have much money). I always thought I was different because of these “attacks” but thanks to episode 1, I don’t have that problem anymore. I never really understood these attacks either, since sometimes I would start “over-breathing” for seemingly no reason but thanks to this episode I understand that this is due to anxiety. Deep breathing never really helped me so thank you for clearing that up. Overall this series is finally helping me understand what has been happening to me and I can’t thank you enough. I can’t wait to get to episode 3!

  13. I suffer from anxiety and really enjoy listening to you explaining the details of the cause. You are so calming and very sensitive and I thank God for you. I can’t wait for episode 3.

  14. What an incredible series. I have had PTSD and suffered panic attacks for many years. My trigger is mostly from PVC and PAC’s. I had blunt chest injuries causing rib fracture from an accident. Cardiologist said my heart is absolutely fine but I still go to hospital often to calm myself down. This video really helps. I cannot believe this is free. Cannot wait for next episode! Huge Sincere thank you from Australia.

  15. I have struggled to put into words the evolution of a panic attack. I have told my Psychiatrist that it was like getting caught on the edge of a whirlpool and being pulled in until I lose all control. I have likened it to dying. Your circular illustration is the best explanation I have seen or heard.
