You are bringing me a lot of comfort and making me feel like im not alone with my symptoms, I didnt realise that other people also suffer from the same things, I also get tingling feelings like an ant is crawling on my skin! Hi have read 2 twice but seem to be unable to reach the 3rd one, even knowing what it is and how these episodes are caused have help tremendously, I thought I was getting Psychically attacked, it has been a nightmare, yet even knowing this much has helped me so very much. I was on antidepressants for more than 15 years, not my choice but my doctors, and decided once and for all to come off them, no matter what I went through. For 25 years I have done kundalini yoga, even that went out of the window when the attacks grew more constant, So for this far, thank you.
Hi! Yes, I know and understand what you have said so far to be true….. but I’d sure like to see the next video so I can try something new to help me with anxiety!! Hard to wait! I want lasting and real relief!! I’ve tried so many things…. from tapping meridian to release old stored emotional patterns… to nutrition…. but I’m not where I’d like to be or need to be!!
Just watching this has calmed my thoughts a little, which is great. I am currently in some sort of cycle where I cant stop thinking about my anxiety which is creating more anxiety, I hope to god its a normal symptom. Anyway Im going to let go and follow the next episode.

OMG ! This makes perfect sense now. The pattern or cycle is exactly what happens to me. The deep breathing always made things worse for me so I felt like I was doing something wrong. Thank you so much 😊
I had panic attack for nearly 4 years. Tried every possible thing but nothing worked. If I hadn’t got this help It would have been worse. Really appreciate your work. It’s been a big relief. Thank you Michael.
My panic attacks happened not long after my mom passed away over 30 years ago. I have been on various medications to stop them as the panic has been very debilitating for most of my life. My long term goal is to be free of these medications and live a panic free and normal life. Thank you so much!!

This episode was great. I have been struggling with panic since I can remember as a kid and within the past few years nothing I have tried has worked. I have used breathing techniques but that made it worse as it was reinforcing that panic was dangerous and that I needed to help stop it with good breathing. Now, when panic comes, I will do what I can to make it worse to show myself overtime that it is harmless. And I will continually do things that expose me to panic. This means doing things I love like singing karaoke but have never been able to due to panic.

I have suffered with panic attacks for 13 years. After watching this episode 2 I feel so good knowing exactly what really is the core of my panic attacks. I am confident that this will end my panic attacks and that soon I will be enjoying a normal panic free life just like I had before.
