  1. To know abt the origins of problems, to be able to define them, and to be able to identify with is already a major step in the path of recovery. Thanks for the valuable information and I am so eager to watch episode 3.

  2. These videos are great..not only was i having panic attacks i was was waking up in panic mode.. Muscles was shaky and it was putting me in a stage if depression but now with thr help of you helping me identify the problem im now feeling more calm and at peace…the video is smothing and understanding…really cant wait for episode 3…

  3. One thing I would share with them is that Panic Attacks are actually fear of symptoms that you may experience and trigger the Panic which then usually triggers more of the feared symptoms.

  4. Hi Michael, I checked the list of panic/anxiety symptoms and I’m wondering whether dizziness/lightheadedness is one of them? I tend to feel like I will pass out…although I dont :-). Thankyou for this series.

  14. I was literally planning on asking how to overcome my fear of going to the gym. I used to be so strong and muscular, but when these false alarms started happening, I lost all of my muscle, strength, and endurance. I’m so happy to have hope to finally get my weight and strength back and return to how I was before all of this. Thank you for your videos, I’ll be sharing this with anyone I know with the same issue.
