Hi Michael,
Just watched your video very informative. My panic attack started a week ago which I have been told by my doctor I have over loaded my brain with the stress of being told I am Diabetic, he has put me on beta blockers which I assume slows the heart down. I just want to learn to get rid of the scary ness that this panic causes which has happened as I fall asleep, I am on my own so it seems to magnify.

Hi Jane, yes overwhelming stress can definitely be a contributing fact with panic because it can create harmless but scary body sensations in anyone, that if misinterpreted as dangerous, can lead to a false alarm. Hi Norman. Ignacio here. I’m in my forties. I started having panic attacks two months ago and they are every mild compared to what I been hearing but they can last up to an hour.please help me. Thank you for your work.

Hi Michael I think what you are doing is great and so kind. I must share with you that I have suffered since I was a teen ager I think I know why I suffer from panic and anxiety and it’s because I fear death after seeing my grandmother pass death was and is scary to me and now watching my mother go threw stage 4 cancer it just is sone exhausting in my head I am a very successful buisness owner and can never imagine being were I am today and that is not enough for me I still suffer and loose alot of money because the panic and anxiety controls me I would give up everything just to live without panic I have a great wife and 4 beautiful children and they help me push everyday but just getting by is not enough I want to be free of this I been to doc , therapist after therapist and I am at a brick wall and hope you can help me break through . Sorry for writing a short novel . Thank you and God bless you seem like a truly genuinely great person

Thanks Michael for the insight. Now, I learnt that the body sensations ( from my anxious thoughts) keep me panicking all the time. I had mistaken my palpitatons for heart attack before 2 years after drinking coffee and got a full blown panic attack. Since then, I am trying to cope with panic but can’t. Medicine helped for about a year but panic resurfaced again. Hope to get back to normal again. Thanks a lot.

Thankyou so much for your great work.
I love the way you have simplified and demystified the whole concept of what panic actually is.
My take home insight is “whats your burnt toast?” Really shows how a trigger is such a false alarm and nowhere as big as it seems as interpreted by the learnt fear.
So looking foreward to learning the tecnique to break this debilitating cycle . Makes total sense to stop it at the root !!!!

I had driving anxiety for three years. I developed panic attacks on a major highway in a heavy snow time with a youth in the car. Your videos are very informative and simple to comprehend. I like the way you stress the main points and demystify the beliefs.
