  1. I just finished episode 2. There were some great insights into what I’ve been experiencing, thanks again! I feel dizzy when a panic event takes place and I think I’m going to pass out. I have become more and more secluded in my lifestyle because most places are associated with anxiety in my mind. I am encouraged and eager to have a life free from panic. Thank you!

  5. Loved this. The panic pattern was very interesting. out of the blue panic attacks happen to me a lot- but I learned that something actually does trigger them. Additionally, places can do that too. I’ve been doing tons of breathing exercises- and they aren’t working so I’m glad you mentioned that!!! Can’t wait for episode 3!!

  6. Episode 2 was encouraging. I’ve dealt with panic and anxiety for 40 years. I started having panic around 10 years old anc have had it intermittently throughout life. Im excited to see what episode 3 has to offer.

Hey Michael I love reading about how these work, I feel I’ve read about the fight or flight response a million times but the way you word it and explain it is so SO mich better, and as you say words mean something! It’s first time I feel I truly grasp for sure what is going in when I’m setting in on panic false alarms. It makes total sense thank you.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking your time to do this work and to share it with everyone. Episode 1 was a huge help for me and Episode 2 was even better! Your videos instantly calm me and remind me that the sensations I’m feeling when anxious are just false alarms! The whole panic pattern just makes sense. I’ve been asking myself “what’s your burnt toast?”..and I think I’ve figured it out. I honestly have learned so much and feel like I WILL live Panic Free! I can’t wait for Episode 3☺
