Your video has helped me realize that I am afraid of the sensation of tightness in my chest. At times I feel like I’m suffocating and I had no idea what was wrong with me. To know that I can break this cycle and take control over my panic attacks makes me feel empowered. Thank you, I can’t wait to watch the next video.

Thank you so much Norman. Your videos are absolutely amazing. I am a periodontist and have been trained in to some degree in human physiologic sciences. In spite of my training, hearing you discuss the mechanism of a panic attack really made everything more clear and gave me huge relief. I cannot wait for the next episode, thank you so much again.
I understand the concept of the sensitive safety alarm – it is a fabulous analogy. I am currently seeking out why it became sensitive? What turns up the dial of sensitivity?

Very clear insight into the ‘False Alarm Pattern of Panic’ just wondering how long it is to wait for episode three as I am feeling like I need to learn a way of breaking that pattern!
You’re message was a God-send, so many ppl don’t know what it is they’re going through but your gentle soothing voice and insight makes it happen.
Anxiety alone causes a cycle of symptoms and more anxiety. The more afraid you are of the thoughts and feelings, the more the anxiety intensifies.
Michael, Already there has been a calm come over me in just knowing I can have control over a Panic Attack just by listening to your very calming voice and the way you explain just what a Panic Attack is and how I can control it by using your method. I have had a whole lot of misinformation about Panic Attacks, information that made them intense and more frightening. I believe I will better able to control my Panic Attack because I have heard you explain what it is and how to better handle it.

After watching episode 2, I was better able to get to sleep, and stay asleep, with fewer panic attacks. I also have found that my internal dialogue is changing. I am looking forward to ‘being normal’, whatever that is without panic attacks.
I have had anxiety in my life for a long time and have tried to hide it as best I could which was to remove myself from almost everything and everyone.
I am thankful for your help Michael and hope to be leading a “normal life” very soon.
